Welcome to the TeamEgo memorial web site.
The purpose of this site is to honor those members of TeamEgo who have passed away by sharing with our web guests some of their biographical information, their gaming and team accomplishments, and hopefully convey what made each individual a special person. We also invite you to sign our guestbook and share some of your experiences with a fallen Ego brother or sister in an effort to memorialize the human qualities you thought made them a wonderful and unique person.
Above all else, TeamEgo values the content of person’s character. To merit membership in our close-knit consortium of gamers, you must demonstrate your willingness to sacrifice for the team, behave honorably, treat others with respect and exhibit a friendly, positive nature and outlook.
In short, TeamEgo is much more than a gaming clan. It is a brotherhood of long-time associates who happen to share an interest in gaming, and most of all, one another. We are pals, confidants and comrades. We joke, we argue, we philosophize, we strategize, sometimes we disagree, we sometimes agree, sometimes we are profane, and at times we even manage to go to church. We are brothers. We are friends.
When a fellow Ego departs this world for the sweet hereafter, it leaves in each of us an empty, longing feeling. Perhaps none of us knows what awaits us beyond this life, but we do know the deep and unabating sense of sadness and loss each of us feels when one of our brothers passes on. As we continue to console each other, we dedicate this site as a place to memorialize our experiences, share our sorrow, and look back fondly.
It is our hope that as we recall all that was good and pleasant about those we’ve lost, we will remember to appreciate even the little things that are positive in our own lives and not take the people we hold dear for granted, for any one of us could be gone tomorrow.
Never let us forget these special people. Let us be thankful for all that is good.
